Hey, remember the eighties? FM90 does. Friday afternoon, as the work week comes to an end, catch When It Began on FM90. Starting at 5, its three hours of eighties retro, power pop, punk and dance tunes all by your request. Whether you're re-living high school or preschool, call in your favorite and Kerri Fox will play it. It's Amarillo's original retro show, only on Amarillo College's FM90. It's brought to you by the Music Box at 10th and Madison.

The newest addition to the FM90 lineup, it's the smoother FM90 music that still packs enough punch to get you moving. Take FM90 songs from Counting Crows, Dave Matthews Band, Barenaked Ladies and more - then mix them with cool stuff from The Beatles, Bob Dylan and others - add just a pinch of stuff from new singer-songwriters like Josh Ritter and Regina Spektor and you get FM90 JAVA. It's just what you need to start your Saturday.

Every Saturday morning, you can unplug for two hours with Acoustic Café. It's made-to-order with songs from contemorary artists like David Gray, and some older stuff from the likes of Arlo Guthrie and Cat Stevens. It’s an eclectic mix, complete with artist interviews and information.

Dr. Demento more information on Dr.D
Dr. Demento has been a fixture on FM90 since 1987. The Doctor is in every Saturday morning at 10 for two hours of silly songs and all around wackiness on Amarillo College's FM90.
